Dear Carnival Attendees,
We regret to inform you that due to illness of one of the Scamper band members, their performance at the 2025 International Cultural Carnival has been canceled.
We understand that this news may be disappointing, however, the health and well-being of the performers are our top priority.
We wish the member a well and speedy recovery and look forward to collaborating with Scamper again in the future.
We are committed to making the rest of the carnival an exciting experience, so please stay tuned for the other performances and activities.
